At What If Therapy, we believe change starts with one powerful question: 'What if?'
What if you didn't have to carry it all alone? What if things could feel different?
At What If Therapy, I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly and truly be heard. I work from a person-centred approach, which means I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering empathy, authenticity and acceptance as you explore your thoughts and feelings.
I won't give you advice or try to "fix" you. Instead, I will help you uncover your own insights and find your way forward, at your pace.
